In North America, demand for bio-based glucose and dextrose derived from corn is large and projected to grow significantly. Meeting this expanding demand will require new sources of carbohydrates such as glucose and dextrose corn syrups, and we have strategically positioned ourselves to be the most sustainable supply for these markets.
Products
95DE Refined
Our 95DE Refined Dextrose Corn Syrup has undergone additional refining to achieve a high dextrose equivalent (DE) value of 95 with very low ash content. DE is a measure of the degree of hydrolysis, indicating the level of conversion of starches into simpler sugars like glucose. A DE value of 95 signifies that nearly all of the starch has undergone almost complete hydrolysis, resulting in a product predominantly composed of its glucose component.
With its high fermentability and sweetness level, this product is frequently used as a feedstock in various fermentation and food manufacturing processes, such as for beer, wine and baked goods. Because of its high conversion yield, it is also used in other bio-conversion technologies such as catalytic processes to make biopolymer building blocks and chemicals typically derived from petroleum.
This product is frequently used as a feedstock in fermentation and other bio-conversion processes. The high dextrose/glucose content offers high fermentability and conversion yields while providing key growth nutrients to the organisms used in these processes.

95DE Unrefined
Our 95DE Unrefined Dextrose Corn Syrup is a specific form of liquid dextrose that has undergone minimal processing and has a high dextrose equivalent (DE) value of at least 95. DE is a measure of the degree of hydrolysis, indicating the level of conversion of starches into simpler sugars like glucose. A DE value of 95 indicates that nearly all of the starch has been converted to its pure glucose component.
This product is frequently used as a feedstock in fermentation and other bio-conversion processes. The high dextrose/glucose content offers high fermentability and conversion yields while providing key growth nutrients to the organisms used in these processes.
- Dextrose Equivalent: >95.0
- Dry Solids (%): 70.5-71.5
- Ash (%): <2.0
- pH (1:1): 3.4-5.4

63DE Refined
Our 63DE Refined Glucose Corn Syrup has been enzymatically treated to achieve a dextrose equivalent (DE) value of 63. DE is a measure of the degree of hydrolysis or the level of conversion of starches into simpler sugars and longer chain saccharides. A DE value of 63 indicates the starch has been partially hydrolyzed, generating a carbohydrate profile that provides functional benefits in food applications.
This product provides a balanced level of sweetness with a lower viscosity in food and beverage products. Its stability and neutral taste profile make it a preferred choice for applications where crystallization control and minimal impact on flavor are essential.
63DE Refined Glucose Corn Syrup finds applications in products like baked goods, confectionery, flavorings, and beverages. It contributes to these items’ desired texture, mouthfeel, and flavor profile. Furthermore, its hygroscopic properties can extend the shelf life of certain products by reducing water activity and inhibiting microbial growth.
- Dextrose Equivalent: 61.0-65.0
- Dry Solids (%): 81.4-82.7
- Ash (%): <0.05
- pH (1:1): 4-6
- Color: Water-white to light yellow
Applications:
- Confections (hard, chewy, and gummy candies)
- Condiments, Sauces and Syrups
- Bakery and Snacks
- Flavorings
- Canned Fruit
43DE Refined
Our 43DE Refined Glucose Corn Syrup is a specific type of corn syrup, that has been enzymatically treated to achieve a dextrose equivalent (DE) value of 43. DE is a measure of the degree of hydrolysis or the level of conversion of starches into simpler sugars and longer chain saccharides. A DE value of 43 indicates that the starch has been partially hydrolyzed, generating a carbohydrate profile that provides functional benefits in food applications.
Our 43D Refined Glucose Corn Syrup is characterized by its moderate level of sweetness and high viscosity giving rise to its functional versatility in various applications.
In food production, 43DE Refined Glucose Corn Syrup can serve as a sweetness modulator and provide desirable texture and mouthfeel to products like bakery goods, confections, and beverages. In ice cream and frozen novelties, it can help inhibit crystallization to provide a premium product.
- Dextrose Equivalent: 41.0-45.0
- Dry Solids (%): 80.2-81.4
- Ash (%): <0.05
- pH (1:1): 4-6
